Heavy Duty stationary bridge machine in a front-to back moving table configuration each with vacuum zones;
"Universal" type phenolic vacuum plenum that can be gasketed into a variety of zone configurations for spoil board use, or used with pods;
Includes square pop-up pins around the outside of the table
Equipped with: (2) 15 HP Liquid cooled HSK-63F type ATC spindle with traveling 16-station side mount RAN/ROD tool changer
(2) Drill Blocks with 32 mm 5 x 5 vertical & horizontal drills and grooving saw.
X- & Y-Axis use a "LINEAR MAGNETIC DRIVE SYSTEM"
All motion components are serviced by an automatic lubrication system
Max. rapid feed rates up to 4,000 IPM and cutting feed rates up to 2,362 IPM
FANUC "18I" CNC Control with: 9" CRT Screen, RS-232 & PCMCIA ports, M & G code programming in inch or metric, fast corner function, 3-axis linear & circular interpolation, cutter compensation, and spindle & feed rate override
