• Using rapid LC gradients on simple protein digest samples, high sequence coverage of over 50% can be obtained reproducibly on the QSTAR® Elite System.
• A >4 fold improvement in identification results is observed on the QSTAR® Elite System using ProteinPilotTM Software over the QSTAR® XL System using Mascot.
• MS/MS acquisition rates still give excellent protein sequence coverage with high data quality.
