Beckman-Coulter’s CyAn ADP is a 9-color, 3-laser flow cytometery Analyzer originally manufactured by Dako Cytomation.
It is capable of simultaneous detection and forward and side scatter of fluorescence using 405, 488, and 642nm excitations. The 9-color analyzer allows up to 9x9 parameter compensation manually or automatically. CyAn ADP integrated to the HyperCyt plate loader allows high throughput screening and ensures high performance digitization and high analysis capability. Other research functions include DAPI Cell Cycle and CFP-YFP FRET analysis, stemcell/SPanalysis.
Detection includes:
5 from the blue laser (e.g., FITC, PE, PerCP, PE-TexasRed, PE-Cy7)

2 from the violet laser (e.g., Pacific Blue and Pacific Orange)

2 from the red diode (e.g., APC and APC-Cy7).

This system is in pristine condition and includes the dual monitor PC workstation with software, fluidics cart,
manuals, and other accessories.
