Used Berstorff 40mm twin screw extruder, model ZE40/40A, serial#EO9454/91. Co-Rotating Design, no screws. Approximate 40 to 1 L/D ratio. 8 barrel sections, 1 feed section. Hot oil heated, and cooled. Approximate 42" centerline height. Driven by a 50hp, 500 volt, 2500 rpm DC motor thru a reducer. (1) manual screen changer, (1) 4 hole strand die, (1) control panel with Eurotherm 808 controllers, Reliance VS drive, and an Allen-Bradley AC drive, (1) Berstorff operator panel, Includes (2) Budzar hot oil units.
