Rebuilt to New Tolerances:

15. Machine will be 100% disassembled, sandblasted and/or glass beaded to bare metal. Parts
will be primed with a two part epoxy paint, castings filled with polyester resin, repeatedly sanded
with progressively finer grits of sandpaper, primed, glazed, primed and sanded again, and finish
painted with epoxy paint to a high gloss factory finish.
16. All bearings, seals and packings will be replaced. Any other parts showing appreciable wear
will be replaced. New stainless steel way covers will be fabricated.
Motors will be rebuilt.
17. All ways will be reground to .0001 per foot or better and mating parts hand scraped to mate.
18. The machine will be re-assembled, the table and chuck ground in. It will then be tested to
meet new machine tolerances according to Schlesinger specifications. Five blocks will be
ground and they will all be within .0001 or better (typically within .00005).

Guarantee:

The machine is guaranteed one year. Electrics and spindle bearings guaranteed 60 days only due to factors that are
typically beyond our control.
