Includes:
Infeed platform made up of 2 belts to package 1 product from single line feed or 2 different products from multiple line feed
Infeed laner system with matt top plastic belting and adjustable lane guide assembly. This system permits a quick adjustment of infeed guide rails through a “panthograph” system driven by a single handwheel.
Anti-Jamming Unit – designed to channel products and ease entry to infeed guides.
Product Alignment area – product is aligned crosswise for proper package arrangement
Upper stabilizer belts used to stabilize product during seperation
Seperator Unit – to divide products into set quantities according to package composition; 12 pack, 18 pack, 24 pack, 28 pack, 32 pack.
Film Wrapping Area – Product is wrapped with film; registered/printed or clear film
Wrapping Unit – Power spool carriage with film splice*Corrugated infeed modular feed system – Included as an optional feature. Allows machine to run with corrugated “supported” packages (tray or pad). Cardboard is applied underneath package
Heat Tunnel – Product film is heated to adhere to product shape
