VersaTest is a sophisticated message processing facility specifically designed to simulate and test transactional interfaces and applications.

VersaTest gives the user the ability to rapidly examine and manipulate message traffic in virtually any way, from the passive monitoring of messages flowing across an interface, to the active modification of the messages while in-flight, and then to the complete simulation of one half of the interface. In the latter case, for instance, the user can describe message formats within VersaTest, define how VersaTest is to identify particular message types and delineate which actions are to be performed at specific times or events.

VersaTest has the power and the features to support an application throughout its entire life cycle,beginning with message and process prototyping, development, testing and simulation, and then further, through the stress testing, capacity planning, quality assurance, and monitoring and support stages. This type of tool gives an organization a standardized approach with which to support its applications at all phases of the software development life cycle. Not only does this save considerable time and money in cross-training between departments, it can also reduce the cost and complexity of maintaining multiple tools and procedures.

Shipping:

Shipping will be left up to the customer. If you want to pre-pay and add, then shipping prices are determined by FEDEX, and not us.

Emergency Overnight Service: We can offer emergency overnight shipping as long as checkout is completed by 2:00PM PST. Email me here, if you need this service. Overnight shipping is expensive, but we understand the urgency when a production line is down.

International Shipping: We gladly ship worldwide. International customers should email me first for a shipping quote. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for all shipping cost that occur as well as the custom's paperwork. We are extremely happy to ship to you wherever you live! However, please bear in mind that, while we do everything in our power to get your package to you in a timely manner, certain things are just out of our control.

Items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received. An email with the tracking number will confirm that your product has been shipped.

Terms:

60-Day Warranty: This product is warranted for 60 days from the date of shipment against defective arrival. Any Defective or DOA product must be reported within 60 days of shipment. Each product has been powered up, but not tested. There have been rare occasions, where damages have occur during transit, or we have made a shipping mistake. If this happens, don't worry, we will stand behind our products!

Warranty Return Policy: We reserve the right to provide either a replacement product or refund if the product is found to be defective. The buyer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with a returned product. No returns will be processed after the 60 day warranty period is over.

Restocking Fee: Please make sure this is the item you need. Although we warrant this item to power up, we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software. If there is any doubt or you need more information, please visit the manufacturer's web site, or call their customer service before placing your bid. There is a 20% restocking fee for returning an item that is not defective.

If a shipment is lost or damaged as a result of a carrier, a claim will be made. Refunds will not be given until the carrier has completed their investigation, and provided us with a claim cheque. Refunds or replacement products will not be given under any circumstances until the carrier's investigation is complete.

Payment:

We accept payment by PayPal with a 3% handling fee. Other forms of payment is bank wire transfer, company check, and credit card.

Payment Requirements: Payment must be received within 7 days of a purchase order. Product availability is not guaranteed after 7 days. If you, for some reason, cannot pay within 7 days, please notify us of your situation.

Sales Tax: If we are shipping to an address in the state of California, a sales tax of 8.75% of the purchase price will be added to your transaction.
