Hs-100 Excel Packing System
System includes conveyor system, compressor and drying box.
The HS-100 Excel bagging unit feeds empty polythylene bags mounted on a roll into a bagging area.At the bagging area the bag is opened by a pulsed jet of compressed air ,filled with product (s) and sealed.
The unit requires a compressed air supply of 80 psi.The unit can be set to either 110v or 240v electrical supplies.
This micrprocessed controlled Excel machine provides high speed trouble free packaging with reduced set up and maintenance requirements for exceptional packaging productivity.
Foot pedal operation or automatic feed

Unit can come with Aircosse compressor if necessary , Model 5446-A , Pressure Bar 10
