IGC-POLYCOLD 2XCL-3 CLOSED LOOP GAS CHILLER

What it is and what it does?

Polycold’s Cool Solutions 2XCL is a refrigeration unit that cools a stream of gas to ultra-low temperatures. It consists of two separate subsystems, the upper portion known as the Refrigeration Unit, which provides the cooling of the gas stream and the lower portion, which provides the secondary loop circulation of the gas stream. The Refrigeration
Unit has a refrigerant circuit and a gas circuit.

The refrigerant circuit is located entirely within the 2XCL. The 2XCL‘s compressor circulates refrigerant in a continuous loop through the Polycold stack.The water-cooled condenser removes the heat of compression from the refrigerant by circulating cooling water through a coaxial coil, and the Polycold stack cools the refrigerant to ultra-low temperatures. The gas circuit consists of a continuous copper tube that runs through the refrigerant circuit. The gas is cooled as it runs through the Polycold stack.

The gas compressor compresses customer supplied nitrogen or helium gas and uses a heat exchanger to cool it to room temperature. Oil separators and an oil adsorber reduce levels of oil and moisture in the gas stream to very low levels. A regenerative heat exchanger is used to assure that low pressure gas entering the compressor is within design limits of the gas compressor.

High pressure gas exiting the regenerative heat exchanger enters the Polycold stack. When the Polycold stack is cold, it chills the high pressure gas being supplied to the customer process. Low pressure gas returning from the process passes through the re
generative heat exchanger before entering the gas compressor.

Shipping will be left up to the customer. If you want to pre-pay and add, then shipping prices are determined by FEDEX, and not us.

Emergency Overnight Service: We can offer emergency overnight shipping as long as checkout is completed by 2:00PM PST. Email me here, if you need this service. Overnight shipping is expensive, but we understand the urgency when a production line is down.

International Shipping: We gladly ship worldwide. International customers should email me first for a shipping quote. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for all shipping cost that occur as well as the custom's paperwork. We are extremely happy to ship to you wherever you live! However, please bear in mind that, while we do everything in our power to get your package to you in a timely manner, certain things are just out of our control.

Items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received. An email with the tracking number will confirm that your product has been shipped.

Terms:

60-Day Warranty: This product is warranted for 60 days from the date of shipment against defective arrival. Any Defective or DOA product must be reported within 60 days of shipment. Each product has been powered up, but not tested. There have been rare occasions, where damages have occur during transit, or we have made a shipping mistake. If this happens, don't worry, we will stand behind our products!

Warranty Return Policy: We reserve the right to provide either a replacement product or refund if the product is found to be defective. The buyer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with a returned product. No returns will be processed after the 60 day warranty period is over.

Restocking Fee: Please make sure this is the item you need. Although we warrant this item to power up, we cannot guarantee compatibility with your equipment or software. If there is any doubt or you need more information, please visit the manufacturer's web site, or call their customer service before placing your bid. There is a 20% restocking fee for returning an item that is not defective.

If a shipment is lost or damaged as a result of a carrier, a claim will be made. Refunds will not be given until the carrier has completed their investigation, and provided us with a claim cheque. Refunds or replacement products will not be given under any circumstances until the carrier's investigation is complete.

Payment:

We accept payment by PayPal with a 3% handling fee. Other forms of payment is bank wire transfer, company check, and credit card.

Payment Requirements: Payment must be received within 7 days of a purchase order. Product availability is not guaranteed after 7 days. If you, for some reason, cannot pay within 7 days, please notify us of your situation.

Sales Tax: If we are shipping to an address in the state of California, a sales tax of 8.75% of the purchase price will be added to your transaction.
