The KRAMER FC-4000 is a high quality Standards Converter and Time Base Corrector. It features onscreen graphic menus for efficient control. Converts between PAL B/M/N, NTSC 3.58, NTSC 4.43 and SECAM. The machine has two sets of inputs: two Composite and two YC (s-Video) and the corresponding audio inputs. The machine has a built-in TBC (Time Base Corrector) and a genlock input (for frame synchronization).

The Time Base correction has full proc-amp facilities. The Kramer FC-4000 has an AGC function built-in for processing even low quality, sub-standard signals. Provides three different video output formats - Composite, YC and Component video (Y, R-Y, B-Y), as well as an audio output. When no signal is available on the inputs, the machine generates a standard color bar. The Kramer FC-4000 is housed in a professional 19-inch, 1 U, rack mountable enclosure.
