Magne-Tron M-700 is an in-line four point probe that performs resistivity and conductivity measurements on semiconductor samples, wafers, ingots, metallized surfaces and thin film layers.
Direct, front panel measurements can be made in ohms, ohm/square and ohm-cm (in mils or microns). Readings are on a front 3.5 digit LED display. Measurement range from 10 minus 6 to 10 plus 6 with 1- microvolt resolution. Type( conductivity) P/N testing is easily performed and displayed on two LED's. Thin oxide layers can be read through by using a THERM mode. Easy one hand adjustment of probe height on side of unit. Built in TEST mode allows for simple checking of internal electrical calibration.
