Automatic blistering machine model BF50, complete of accident protection, with electric and electronical management with PLC PROFACE.
Feed system trought electrical axe controlled by Brushless engine. Systems for swarf's cut or waste material. The product is manually loaded inside the pockets using a stailess steel 316 tray or on
request with automatic system. Price of the base machine included the bench in stainless steel AISI 304 wth pivoting wheels.

• Electrical and mechanical predisposition for the automatic charger
• Electrical and mechanical predisposition for pinhole system for ALU ALU blister
• Electrical and mechanical predisposition for vision system for control presence of the product
• Box of digits for the coding inluding 120 international digits
• Perfortion system throw linear hardened steel blades mm. 12x0,5 applicable on the lower sealing mould.
• The perforation can be realized both with alternate shoring both with linear shoring. The system is used to obtain single monodose pockets applicable on PVC/ALU blister and ALU ALU blister.
