How quickly will my equipment be visible on the site?
Immediately. Your equipment listing will be visible to buyers as soon as you create it.
How will a buyer contact me?
A “Contact the Seller” tool is displayed beside each of your equipment listings. If a buyer is interested they will submit an enquiry through “Contact the Seller. We will check the enquiry for authenticity and, as long as it is ok, we will send you an email containing the buyer’s message.
How do I communicate with a buyer?
To begin with, communication with a buyer takes place through the Kitmondo website. When you receive an enquiry email from us you will find a link to a webpage that enables you to send a response to the buyer. You can attach files to your response message such as photos, specifications, datasheets etc making it easy to give the buyer all the information they need.
When will you introduce me to a buyer?
After you have answered their initial questions, a buyer will indicate if they are seriously interested in the equipment. At this point we will contact you directly to arrange an introduction and to help you complete the sale.
How do I complete a sale safely?
To ensure buyers and sellers trade safely on Kitmondo.com we have developed SafeSale, our secure transaction management service. SafeSale protects sellers by making sure full payment is collected from the buyer in advance of shipping. Email

How do I change or delete my listing?
After joining Kitmondo you can login at any time and use the listing tools to manage your equipment listings. You can edit, renew or add new listings and can view an archive of your enquiries.
