InVia is Renishaw's material analyser, comprising a research grade optical microscope coupled to a high performance spectrometer. One single instrument delivers both highly-specific discrete analyses, and information-rich chemical images across the broadest range of material types. It is rapid, nondestructive, and does not require invasive chemical labels. Changing of laser wavelengths, filters, and gratings handled automatically as well as system alignment, maintenance and calibration. Multiple users, minimal training. Cooled detector with high signal-to-noise ratio. Confocal measurements. High spacial resolution even from large areas and volumes. SynchroScan technology for Raman as well as photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL). Set-up comes complete with computer, software and LNT cryostat with vacuum pump and temp controller for measurements at liquid nitrogen temperatures (LNT).
