RIMEK offers a single rotary Tablet press with Magnesium Stearate spraying system. The machine is specially built for Effervecent tablet making. Even Vitamin tablets are made on this machine.

The machine is specially for tabletting solution for finicky formulations.
RIMEK uses micro feeders with twin screws to disperse lubricants on to the tablet toolings die and upper and lower punch with the help of special designed nozzels. This nozzel sprays the lubricant in a atomised form on the toolings.This helps the tablets to eject out smoothly with out much ejection force.

This system is also used for formulation to save on the cost of lubricant. the spraying of the lubricant on the toolings instead into the formulation save a high percetage of lubricant.
