Introduction of pressed pallet machine line of capacity 150000 per year.

This machine line used the waste of the wood,bamboo,shavings,and waste materials

from the furniture factory, the materials through crushing, drying and adding glue then

hot press to be the pallet( also named: cardboard)

The feature of pallets:
1. High temperature, high pressure can press the materials into pallet one time, standard

size, without metal materials in the pallets.
2. Pallets can be used in export package, free fumigation, and free quarantine; do not need

any test before export.
3. Reasonable design of the structure, high performance.
4. According the European standard, biodegradability.
5. Water proofs, insect prevention, and protection against termites, antisepticises and do

not easy to burn.
6. Strong bearing capacity, no deformation and can be resued.
7. Can be forked from four directions, easy to use the pallets.
8. Can be store in bulk, save room, easy to be transported.

After many years study on the pallets, we have develop the new pallet according
the European standards, these pallets thought high temperature and high pressure
to be pallets with high bearing capacity. The materials can be wood waste,
bamboo waste, shavings or cotton stalks, wheat straw and other agriculture
wastes

with

fiber.

The

standard

size

of

the

pallets

have:
1200*1000*12-20mm,
1200*800*14-20mm,
1100*1100*12-20mm, and any other
size of the pallet with no more than 1400mm, and thickness can be 14-22mm.
etc. Can also make other size of the pallet according the custom’s requirements.
The pallet mainly used in package and turnover, are ideal products for
transportations and warehouse. The pallets have features of low price, free
quarantine. With the developments, this new products will replace the traditional pallets, which will be widely used in the markets, every year in DongGuan city, these pallets
can be used more than 100 millon.
