Blow Moulding, Filling and Palletizing Line
Outstanding Condition.

Line comprises of all machinery from production of bottles to palletizing and is configured for 28mm bottles Please note that lines exclude certain labelers and equipment that the client is retaining and may be seen in the visual formats. The line is being offered as a whole only.

2 X 2000 Sidel SBO 14 Blow Moulders

with Sidel preform hoppers and preform infeed conveyors.
Preform size 21.5 g. 1881 Neck Finish.
Allen Bradley Panelview 600 controls and Gantry for infeeds included.
Pressco bottle inspection system and moulds are excluded.
Purchasers should note that due to difficulties moving the moulders, two similar moulders from adjoining line are being substituted.
These moulders are currently configured for 35mm bottles so client will be exchanging the necessary change parts.
These parts will not be replaced to save purchaser stripping out for removal.

Airveyor transporting bottles to labelers. Some airveyor will also be retained and the airveyor lowerators are being retained.

2000 Sasib Alfa Roll Quattro F35 Type 27T- SR-HH3- S1 E1 Labeler
with Lauer 'PCS950C' CNC control and Nordson 'Versablue 808558' adhesive gluing unit (2007). 250ml - 2l bottle capacity but currently set for 500mm Oasis bottle. Bottles prepressurised prior to labelling with sterile air prefiltered through Donaldsons 'Ultrafilter'.
