Description: Dockable Beta SP record deck

The PVV-1A has superb picture quality, a result of its incorporation of the world standard Betacam SP recording format. The overall result is that detailed luminance and chrominance information is reproduced, creating the excellent multi-generation picture performance of the Betacam SP format. In order to obtain the maximum performance of the Betacam SP format, the PVV-1A records only on metal particle tapes.

This unit has only been owned by our production company; we used this unit recently it was docked to an
Ike HL43.

It is in good working condition, with only a few cosmetic scratches. We are looking to upgrade and do not need multiple Beta packages anymore.

The video head is original; the hour meter is no longer working.
