CTV tunnel bag presses
CTV tunnel bag presses have been developed by ZDAS Company for piece and trial production of pressings for aircraft industry and for manufacture of pressings for prototypes in automotive industry. The pressings are made thus that halves of moulds made of easily machinable material are placed on the mobile table and metal sheet semi-finished products are laid on them. Within the working cycle, the table will run into the tunnel frame of the press. Then the pressings are finally formed by high-pressure liquid acting on them over the rubber wall of the pressure bag. Two-sided table enables preparation of the second pressing cycle during the work operation itself.
