Wheaton Omnispense Pump Dispenser, the Microprocessor Controlled Omnispense is a variable speed peristaltic pump dispenser with reverse flow option useful for a variety of dispensing or aspirating operations. Liquids ranging in viscosity from aqueous solutions to medium syrups can be dispensed with accuracy of +/-1% without risk of contamination to either the pump or the liquid. Many common and corrosive organics can be safely dispensed using the appropriate tubing.
The microprocessor control allows users to directly enter volume, tubing size, pump speed, speed ramp time, automatic delay interval and dose count through a membrane keyboard. Setup is expedited by prompts on the LCD screen and one-step volume calibration. Up to 10 routine setups can be stored and easily retrieved. All setup parameters are stored in memory even when dispenser is turned off. Automatic operation allows a variable delay of 0.5 to 25.5 seconds between doses to accommodate different filling operations. Control of ramp time and pump speed ensures splash free operation.
