Bosch washing machine and sterilising tunnel for vials, ampoules, etc, comprising:

Bosch RNR L02 washing machine for vials, ampoules etc, 26 stations, container size range 16mm to 52mm diameter, minimum inside neck diameter 5mm. Output up to 133 containers per minute (up to 32mm dia.), up to 80 containers per minute (up to 42mm dia.), and up to 60 containers per minute (up to 52mm dia.)

Includes size groups for vial sizes 3 ml (15.75 mm dia) 5 ml ( 21.00 mm dia), 10 ml (24,00 mm dia) & 20H ml (32,00 mm dia)

Bosch TLQ U42 drying, sterilising and cooling tunnel, laminar air flow for temperature stability and uniform heat distribution, 400mm belt width. Tunnel length 4200mm (including 1220mm heat zone, 610mm cooling zone)' Hot air temperature 180 - 350ºC. Easy interior access to all 3 zones. Electronically controlled discharge. Suitable for containers 8 to 54mm diameter, height 40 to 160mm

The above equipment was fully refurbished in 2006, including all new electrics and Siemens S7-300 PLC controllers, and operator touch screen interfaces. A mechanical overhaul was also undertaken. The plant is in excellent operational condition.
