CAPCODER model CC550 star wheel based semi automatic screw capping machine in stainless steel. All pneumatic operation. Fitted with the CC720 unique gripping torque jaw head. The rubber lined capping jaws can be set to suit varying cap diameters. Does not damage cap surface. Consistent torque applications. Caps are placed manually onto the line conveyor fed bottles (conveyor not included with this item). Pneumatic bottle gripper prevents rotation during torque phase. The machine can be converted to press on cap applications with an optional Press Head Unit from the manufacturers. The machine has electrical safety interlocked doors to the control system.
