CAPCODER CC550 star wheel based semi automatic screw capping machine in stainless steel. All pneumatic operation. Fitted with the Capcoder CC720 unique gripping torque jaw head. The rubber lined capping jaws can be set to suit varying cap diameters. The Capcoder torque head does not damage cap surface. Consistent torque applications. Caps are placed manually onto the line conveyor fed bottles (conveyor included with this item) enters the Capcoder starwheel and the Capcoder capping head torque tightens the caps to a consistent tightness. Pneumatic bottle gripper prevents rotation during torque phase. The machine can be converted to press on cap applications with an optional Press Head Unit from the manufacturers CapCoder. The machine has electrical safety interlocked doors to the control system.
