Made by CVD Equipment Co. (Rokonkama NY), this FirstNano EasyTube 3000EXT LPCVD (Low Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition) System was Designed Specificaly for Silicon Nanowire Growth.
Includes Four (4) EasyGas Process Gas Cabinets.
Every Component was Manufactured by CVD Equipment Inc. Ronkonkoma NY USA and was all purchased Together as one unit.
I Purchased this System New and ran it for One Year Only doing silicon Nanowire R & D.
This System is Fully Functional and is Currently Set Up in a laboratory just as shown in the pictures.
This is a High-Quality Research and Development Grade Tool That Is Configured for Silicon Nanowire Growth. However, it could readily be used for other silicon thin-film deposition.
This Unit Has Seen Minimal Usage After Being Set Up and Brought On-Line in November 2010 and used through 2011. It is Currently Fully Operational but has not Actively Been Used in over a Year.
The system has been kept on flowing nitrogen while not in use and is in Pristine, Ready to Go, Condition
System Includes Four (4) EasyGas Gas Cabinets. There are up to Eight (8) Individual process Gas input lines in the system. Seven Lines are currently Configured for Use.
