DICO ENGINEERS, fully automatic six head screw capper in stainless steel with full PERSPEX safety interlocked guarding, supplied new in 2003 and only had occasional use. Stainless steel 950mm dia x 310mm deep cap sorter/unscrambler with spiral cap feed track, delivers 50mm dia x 16mm deep plastic screw caps onto the six position starwheel. The starwheel indexes the cap to the cap chuck pickup location. The machine has a scroll infeed spacing device for the product pots which then transfer onto the pot starwheel. The capped pots transfer onto the outfeed starwheel. Stainless steel control panel with capper start/stop, inch, reset, capper speed, sorter speed, fallen tub sensor, The machine is complete with its matching cap elevator in stainless steel, with cap hopper 800mm x 880mm x 500mm deep. Polypropylene track which has 200mm wide x 80mm deep flights at 150mm spacing. Cap discharge height approx 2.6 metres, height adjustable feet, EStop and mains isolator. Overall dimensions 2280mm x 1370mm x 2.7metres high. Excellent condition.
