Description

The X5 series provides printing surfaces for 460 x 460 mm with adjustable stencil sizes - without any need for an adapter - between 300 x 300 mm and 740 x 740 mm. The printable circuit-board sizes are equivalent to the processing capacities of most pick-and-place systems.

The X5 is equally suitable for use as an inline printer in high- volume production lines and as a stand-alone solution with a combined loading & unloading system to supply several lines. Even the most basic version of the machine has been configured to freely alternate between the use of screen and stencil printing techniques. Particularly in the substantially more challenging technique of screen-printing, the machines are setting new standards for accuracy and quality in all applications.

All required parameters have been stored in the printing programme to reduce reconfiguration times.

The operation of the machine via the EKRA Interface is very easy and self-explanatory.
