Hi, I have acquired a factory full of drip irrigation extrusion equipment. I had made a loan, and the collateral was the equipment. The party filed chapter 7 back in January. After legal wrangling I now have the equipment. I’m not in the mfg. business and need this machinery gone by May 31st.
