We have been looking for the strategic Company Partner (Co-Partner), which would have interest in acquisition and relocation of the above-mentioned unused complete asset for decentralized power generation being sold as the asset / insolvency recovery deal with opportunity offer this asset as the turnkey power generation solution for operators, end-users of the same power plant.

We aimed to establish long term collaboration and relations with the Co-Partner with funding available experienced at least in 3 similar turnkey projects or specialized and focused in any of following areas in the supposed country of the asset’s final destination:
-EPC power generation solution with reciprocating engines based power plants.
-Refurbishment, recondition/overhauling of GEJ gensets.
-Maintenance-operation-troubleshooting of GEJ gensets.
-Relocation, Installation, commissioning of GEJ gensets.
