Turbo Stream Indigo R1000/2000 (used, 2003 year of manufacture, 850 000 imp) – modification for plastic cards production and printing on non-absorbent materials (films, plastics), transparent, rough and thick materials.
Both systems are implemented: OneShot / Multishot.
OneShot Color – consequent accumulation of all the necessary layers of inks on offset canvas and transfering them to the substrate in a single pass – technology using for rough and thick materials, plastic (max. 0.5 mm) , textured and designed papers.
Specialized for plastic cards, packaging, membrane keyboards production, stereo-vario advertisments. Excellent choice for printing variable data.
In the process sheet material passes through the machine straight, not curving, and the combination of colors is perfect!
Number of inks – 6 (licenses)
The presence of 5 and 6 additional inks gives a possibility to use white inks, varnish, special security pigments.
