These ovens are used for live IC testing to determine 10 years of life span (HTOL) High Temperature Operating Life for any semiconductor manufactured today's time to market by chip manufacturers in Semiconductor industries. (ALL REMOVED FROM THE RECENT OPERATION FLOOR SELL AS IS)
(1) Available 4 Criteria Model CT_XXV (25) InCal burn-in ovens the followings are the oven capabilities

(a) 12 zones one Driver with 48 channels per zone can run 4 Burn-In boards per Driver.

Buyer can use Type I, II, III, Drivers system does not come with any Drivers.

Same temperature for all the zones.

(d) Can support 4-5 supplies for the whole oven by sharing from the bulk supplies 100Amps to

200Amps supplies or more, board edge power limits to Max 30Amp for PS1 & PS2, 20Amps

(e) All vector patterns are manually converted and program into E-Prom.

(e) Vector memory depth can go to 2Meg to 4Meg deep.

(f) E-Prom bank capable of Vector jump loop etc:

MCC ABES IV Burn In Oven:
(1) This system capable of free running 128 channels per driver.
(2) Capable of 5 power supplies board edge power limits to Max 30Amp for PS1 & PS2, 20Amps fro PS3,

15Amps for PS4, 10Amps for PS5.
(3) Can support three HTOL boards per Zone two different temperature etc:.
(4) Similar software as the HIGH power HBP5 system only low power with two zones.
(5) All pattern conversion all set up control by MCC software.
(6) System capabilities are very similar as the new MCC system.
