This heavy duty machine produces high quality line, halftone and four color process printing and offers maximum flexibility in color separation.

Computerized Adjustments

Plate cylinder and print tower adjustments for height and pressure are controlled by the computer, as are the print and ink control system. Result: Fast changeover.

The simple feeder and restacker adjustments enable users to change over and be at maximum production rates in minutes.

Full Range of Capabilities

Twelve inch diameter plate cylinders are available in magnetic or clamp configurations.
Material handling, tooling components and the color head system are designed for fast size changes.
Each color head swings away from the plate cylinder for easy access and all the color head rolls are easily removable for fast wash up.
The heavy duty roll section is virtually maintenance free.
