KING "CAPS 80" triple head screw capping machine in stainless steel with mirror polished surfaces.
Conveyor track 100mm wide x 2.7metres long.
Cap feed
unscrambler 600mm dia with 45mm wide spiral track, cap feed track fully adjustable for cap diameter and depth.
The unscrambler bowl is mounted onto a height adjustable pedestal.
The stainless steel control panel features :- main drive stop/start; jog; cap head variable speed; auto/jog/hand selector; conveyor speed control; Estop. Electric raise/lower of the capping head, speed inverter fitted.
The machine has full guarding with electrical safety interlock system to access panels. Machine speed 80 per min.
