Listing description

It will be totally refurbished mechanically with new electrical plant. The machine will be like a new one.
The machine has following working devices:

• Vials automatic feeding.
• Conveyor belt with buckets. Simultaneous adjustments for an easy change over in dimensions
• Empty cartons feeder with adjustable guides
• Carton erection carried out by means of an articulate blade that is inserted into the carton ensuring positive pre-opening of it
• Pusher with safety microswitch
• Embossing coding group
• Tuck-in closure automatic device
• Electrical cabinet under the buckets conveyor
• NEW Electrical plant managed by PLC, ENCODER and digital display
• INVERTER on electrical motor for output adjustment
• Safety guards according to CE rules

The machine is complete with following control devices:

• No vial into bucket, no picking of carton and leaflet
• No carton, the machine stops
• Control of minimum level of leaflets
• Emergency stop button
• Lights indicator of machine status
