Complete Marchesini blister packing line for tablets, comprising:

- Marchesini MB 430 blister machine suitable for PVC/Alu blisters, fitted with multiple pre-loading unit (5 pre-loader), multiple feeding unit (five feeders), as well as universal brush box feeder. This system is capable of feeding a single product into a blister, or up to five different products into one blister. Fitted with colour camera product control system, for blisters ranging from 75 x 30mm up to 140 x 90mm. Maximum blister depth 9.5mm. Output up to 95 strokes per minute. Siemens PC670 touch screen operator interface (HMI). Year 2005

- Marchesini MA305 continuous motion horizontal cartoning machine, reverse tuck, with two blister top-up magazines, Robocombi pick-and-place unit to transfer single incoming blisters into the cartoner infeed, three Rontech feeders for booklets, sachets etc., GUK Cartonac 91 FA21/4 flat sheet leaflet folder, Laetus code reader for carton and leaflet, end flap coder. Output up to 240 cartons per minute. Minimum carton size 25 x 15 x 65mm, maximum carton size 100 x 85 x 150mm. Year 2005

- Multipack (Marchesini) FA04/S bundling and stretch banding machine, bundle sizes from 30 x 12 x 50mm up to 350 x 200 x 200mm (minimum individual carton size 15 x 12 x 50mm), output up to 50 bundles per minute. Includes infeed and outfeed conveyors, and Siemens SIMATC S7-300. Year 2005.
