Marchesini case packer/palletizer, model mcp 840 is formed as a monobloc machine unifying the case-packer mc 820 and the palletizer mp 830. The machine is composed by a supporting structure where all the movements and functions are connected (balcony type construction). The machine is controlled by a pc compatible with a color monitor having the following functions: program managing all machine functions configuration and memorization of case and pallet sizes pattern configuration programmable from the command panel palletizing software. The program calculates the est arrangement based on the input of the incoming case dimensions, pallet dimensions and layers height. Operations guide for changes in parameters for the different case sizes and pallet patterns operators interface for machine command functions autotest for machine functions production information each movement is performed by brushless motors whose functions are controlled by the pc. This construction is mechanical maintenance free. No mechanical parts subject to dirt or dust. Size change over by servomotors and digital indicators; fast change over without need of tools.
