These Milestone PATHOS rapid microwave histoprocessors are in very good cosmetic and functional condition. We have three of these units available, and we have installed new magnetrons in all of them.
Power tests have been ran on all of them, and they are all showing acceptable results. There are passwords on the touch screen computers, but we have the log in information available. These units are a must have for any lab which needs to quickly process a small or large number of various tissue samples simultaneously with the least amount of effort involved. The PATHOS has two separate cavities, one for reagents and one for wax. The separation of these cavities minimizes cross contamination and prolongs the life of the reagents and wax. There are 12 reagent bottles total, including 6 permanent rear bottles and 6 easily removable front bottles which can be filled and used to transfer reagents to the rear units. The PATHOS comes with a built in back up power supply and alarm system to ensure that the necessary procedure is taken if you lose power in the middle of a tissue process.

Each refurbished Milestone Pathos we sell includes a 90-day replace-or-repair warranty. If you experience any issues with your Pathos in the first 90 days, we will either replace it or repair it for free!
And even after your 90-day warranty rexpires, we still offer support and repairs on Milestone Pathos systems that we have sold to our customers. So you're not dead in the water even after your warranty expires!
