This system is a combination of positioners and turning rolls in bench design. You have a wide choice of components to create great flexibility in your automatic welding system.
You are also able to change components easily to minimize the setup time.
The special capability of this system will help you produce high quality circumferential welds, and provide the advantage of fast pay-back, safety, and less worker fatigue, which will exactly meet your needs.
Example - L Type available with Base Rails between 600mm up to 1800mm long
Mounting Rails 500mm or 650mm long
End Bracket, Column Tube 750mm long, Support Bracket, Cross Bracket, V-Block Torch Holder 15-35mm
Boom Tube with mounting pad 400mm long, 2 x Slides 50mm Stroke and Tailstock 75mm stroke

100kg Tilting Positioner with CB002 Sequencer Controller and Idler Supports
Many different options are available to suit your requirements. TIG or MIG welding machines can be supplied or fit to your existing welder to the Lathe system
