The furnace is a thermal treatment centre for the finishing of all articles made out of a gold alloy. It improves the uniformity of the colour and obtains shinier pieces. A stainless steel water tank for rapid cooling operations is also included, by means of a manually operated or automatic lifting device, the items can be immersed in to this tank. The furnace has a patented cooling chamber, made entirely out of stainless steel, which stops condensate from falling onto the pieces to be annealed or deoxidised. An electronic timer counts down the deoxidation time only after the metal inside as reached the preset temperature. The muffle is made out of AISI 310S of a thickness of 6 and 4 mm, fitted with a loading door. There is also a gas burner with a safety device and two closing gates to separate the two heating zones.The furnace has been designed to reduce annealing and deoxidation times by 50 %. 5 kgs of finished products can be treated every 20 minutes.
