Noack DPN 760L blister machine for hot or cold forming of mouldable films/foils. Up to 40 cycles per minute depending on product and packaging size. Suitable for packing tablets, capsules, caplets or ampoules. Servo drives for feed and perforation facility. Maximum foil width 165mm; maximum feed length 140mm; maximum forming area 156mm x 138mm; maximum forming capacity 5 meters per minute. Recommended maximum forming depth 14mm. This machine can form to a maximum depth of 24mm with additional/optional tooling (not included). Product feed can be manual or automatic with Laetus Visycam 1010 camera system for rapid response. Maximum reel diameter for forming film 600mm and maximum reel diameter for lidding foil is 250mm. Power: 8.515Kw/415V/3 phase/50Hz. Air pressure: minimum 6 Bar to maximum 8 Bar. EXCELLENT CONDITION.
