High Power Olympus MX61A microscope, configured to do filter analysis/particle inspection/industrial cleanliness. System is installed with laser autofocus, 16 position 47mm filter stage, 5x,10x MPlanFLN objectives, 20x, 50x LMPlanFLN (long working distance) objectives. System includes automated microscope and stage, controlling hardware, data station with particle inspector pre-installed, original software media, and 12 inch stage for mounting a wafer adapter (can handle up to a 300mm semiconductor wafer). System can easily be modified and configured for any number of automated processes, including wafer inspection, florescence microscopy, polarizing microscopy, metallurgy, etc. System is like new, has run less than 100 samples. No significant time on lamps, motors, etc. Data station has never been connected to internet. Price is negotiable.
