The Panasonic VS-R45 Remote Control Panel is 1 RU unit that controls the AV-HS450 Multi-format Live Switcher. It allows you to remotely switch any input to any one of 4 AUX busses or to Preview/Preset and program outputs. Switcher bus sources such as DSK1, DSK2, PinP1, PinP2, and the Keyer can also be controlled using the panel. Equipped with a flexible design, the panel supports cable connections from 3 directions such as for the console and the rack installation.
In addition to cross-point setting, the VS-R45 Remote Control Panel also has an auto-transition feature that allows you to configure the effects and time settings of main switcher unit. Switches and buttons can be locked to prevent unauthorized tampering of the switcher??™s configurations. When the power is turned off, the rotary switch located in the rear panel controls the switching of the AV-HS450 switcher.
