The assets are sold on a first come first served basis.
Title will pass to the buyer when the full contract amount has been paid.

The cost comparison against a similar facility is approximately half of a new plant, based on an assumed
scope. The time to product production can also be shortened by 25-30%.

To match your requirements against the current assets design, it is planned to produce an Engineering Study.
This study will detail all modifications, new plant and cost and time schedules to bring the assets on line at its
new location.
It is envisaged that the Engineering Study will take 2 – 3 months.
