Roland Versacamm SP540

Listing description

This sale includes one (1) Roland Versacamm SP540V Eco-Sol, 54" wide format solvent printer and one Royal Sovereign RSC-1400C, 54" wide laminator. Both were bought new back around 2010, as best I recall, for my daughter. It was my hopes that she would make a go of her love for graphic arts in the local signage industry. Unfortunately, she did not share my thoughts on the subject, and a fairly expensive lesson learned on my part.
The Roland Versacamm SP540V printer/plotter had a couple sets of ink ran through it; mostly my playing with it making signage for our core business. I don't think the laminator ever actually had an entire roll of material ran through it in the brief time it was utilized. Both were mothballed soon there after in a climate controlled storage area.

The printer may or may not need print heads; hence the package is priced accordingly. I sincerely doubt they need be replaced as the machine was thoroughly flushed prior to storage. All lines are clear of ink, pump turns freely, with compressed air passing freely through the plastic distribution cap on the print heads. I will be attempting to flush the print heads with the proper solvent mix over the next few days.

Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs in the event local pickup isn't possible. Any freight company is going to require the item to be properly crated for shipment; add another $250 for crating if required. There was a PC that had the Versaworks RIP software (NOT required for use) as well as several thousand dollars worth of background fills from Aurora Graphics that I've yet to locate. In the event you would ever actually use Versaworks; it's a whopping $65.00 (FULL INSTALL).
