The Tecan Genesis WorkStation 200 is a fully automated liquid handling system. Tecan Work Station ( Model RWS ASY 200/8 Part number 611538 ). It is a versatile robot for automating pipetting tasks. It is equipped with two arms, the LiHa (liquid handler) and the RoMa (robot manipulator). The LiHa is a conductivity-sensing 8-channel pipetting arm capable of dispensing volumes of 5-1000ul. The RoMa is a manipulating arm capable of picking up and moving objects on the workstation. The Genesis workstation 200 is a fully automated system. The Genesis workstation 200 allows a hand-free process and time savings thanks to his robotic manipulator arm (RoMa) and his liquid handling arm with 8 Teflon coated fixed tips. The RoMa arm transfers the plates to the sealing unit and removes them to the cooled deck. Regular bleach washes of the fixed LiHa tips keep to a minimum the cross-contamination of samples. Comes with PC and software.
