Two sets of full width air-loaded upper rider rolls; can control down pressure of the rider roll against the rewinding roll, which helps to control the tightness hardness of the rewinding roll. Pneumatically controlled; individual control over each rider roll. 3 motor drive. 380/420/480 volt, 3 phase, 50/60 cycle. DC drives. 3" spacerless differential rewind shafts. Taper tension rewinding. Score cut slitting. 10 Score cut knives. Driven shear cut 4 male knives, 10 female shear knives & razor slitting in air. 5 Razor blade holders. Has spare drive controls & spare parts. 2" minimum slit width. Durant counter.
