This is the £36,000 Quadra EVO pick-and-place machine manufactured in Italy by TWS Automation. Delivered in August 2012 it is in perfectly maintained condition and can place BGA, micro-BGA, flip chips or passive components down to 0201 perfectly. All customer program data can be saved by connecting the machine to your Network. The Quadra EVO is a very quiet (brushless DC motors), very smooth machine with a high resolution monitor and it fits into a very small footprint making it an excellent choice for most locations. It can be demonstrated and has not been used for 5 months but is stored in a dust free ESD approved laboratory.
