Varian Mercury 300

Varian Mercury 300 MHz NMR (upgraded in 2003) complete with 2-channel Mercury console and unshielded Oxford magnet. The Mercury 300 is capable of observing 1H, 19F, 13C, and 31P, but due to hardware constraints is not capable of experiments such as 19F decoupled 13P. The instrument has an Auto-Switchable probe run in 4 NUC Mode. In this configuration, it does not have the broadband capabilities of the Avance 400, or Inova 501, however it does not require the user to tune the probe.

The Mercury is ideally suited for quick 1D spectra, but is fully capable of many of the more sophisticated multiple dimension experiments. Please contact us for complete used and refurbished Varian 300 NMR system, warranty and service contract details.
