DESCRIPTION:
Fully-automated packaging machine for dosing, screwing and labeling plastic vials with volumes ranging from 20 to 250ml.
Output: 3000 vials per hour with 1 operator.

The line comprises the following units:
AUTOMATIC BOTTLE OPENER Ø 1200 mm:
For cylindrical bottles. 2 sizes included.
AISI 304 stainless steel construction. With adjustable rotation speed.
Automatic bottle loading by stainless steel elevator with 500-liter capacity.

BOTTLE INFEED
Conveyor belt, length 1.5 m. Adjustable guides. Sensor to stop machine when bottle shortage occurs.

18-cavity starwheel with alternating movement
8-head filler with 8 dosers from 20 to 250 ml
50 lt tank capacity with min/max level sensors.
Construction in AISI 304 stainless steel, liquid passage in AISI 316 stainless steel.

Capping head for screw or press-on caps, with automatic cap pick-up.
With cork presence check on the bottle, acoustic alarm and machine stop.
Automatic cork loading via stainless steel elevator with 200-liter capacity.

The machine is equipped with PLC (Programmable Logic
Controller), which enable the machine to be controlled in various operating modes, such as manual, automatic, maintenance, programming and memorization of the times and speeds of the various machine functions.
