1) 2 aggregate fractions dosed by weight with metering conveyors (inverters);
2) Aggregate heated to a temperature of about 170oC in a drum dryer;
3) Share of binder (sulfur): approx. 16% in liquid state dosage by weight;
4) Working temperature of sulfur: 150oC;
5) Density of liquid sulfur: 2kg/dm3;
6) Maximum operating temperature: 160oC;
7) Nominal capacity: 40 Mg/h; for a cycle lasting a maximum of 120s;
8) Buffer silo of 3Mg capacity under the mixer.
