The GERBER cutter GTxL is a single to medium height multi-ply conveyor driven CAD fabric cutting machine capable of cutting up to 2.5 cm (1 inch) of compressed fabric.
A conveyor cutting table and outfeed conveyor efficiently move material from a spreading table to the cutter and then onto the bundling area.

This machine has been regularly serviced and professionally maintained. As part of our service the following items have been replaced:
Control PC- 24 months, Variable Frequency Drive- 36 months, All Servo Motors :12 – 36 months, Dual Channel Amp board- 48 months.

The GTxL C-200 Operator Control Console PC and Software easily stores cutting setup files for quick retrieval to accelerate future cut jobs.
Fully network-compatible for easy transfer of data from CAD systems.
Easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI)• Sophisticated cut data file handling
Modify notch and cutter parameter tables at the cutter
Cut data file queuing (scheduling)◊Automatic cut data file optimization; merging duplicate cut lines into single common lines, optimizing cut path
